Before design work begins, we explore the design goals and program for your home. We combine this with a detailed analysis of your site and zoning. The resulting Predesign Report forms the foundation for our design phase.
Now we can start to sketch and develop the basic form and function of the home. As we progress, we move from sketches to drawings and realistic 3D models. Once we finalize our design together, we prepare a detailed set of
construction drawings.
As your architect, we remain by your side throughout the permitting and construction process. We work closely with your builder and other project professionals to make sure your new home is completed to perfection and remains true to your vision.
